Account Registration
A valid account must be opened to use services on f9999. Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
2.1 Registration Requirements
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
- Username, email address, mobile number and date of birth must be filled in correctly.
- The account password must be sufficiently strong — at least 8 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
- Sharing account information with third parties is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Identity Verification
f9999 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of a National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued document. If verification is not completed, certain services may be restricted, particularly withdrawal activity.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
All gaming and betting services on f9999 are for persons aged 21 or above only. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
3.1 Age Verification
At registration, the user declares that they are over 21 years of age. f9999 may request proof of age at any time. Providing a false age will result in account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions

Deposits and Withdrawals
Specific rules apply to financial transactions on f9999. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on f9999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Only a payment method registered in the user's own name may be used for deposits.

4.2 Withdrawals

- Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

f9999 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and it is necessary to understand those terms before claiming.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, total balance ৳2,000 and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.
5.2 Other Promotions
- f9999 Weekly Reload Festival: 30% bonus on weekly deposits, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15 times, minimum deposit ৳300.
- f9999 Cricket Victory: 50% bonus in the sports section, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳300.
- f9999 Friday Slot Blast: 40% bonus in the slots section, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳300.
- f9999 Birthday Special Reward: Automatic reward of up to ৳2,000 on annual birthday, wagering 10 times.
- f9999 Refer a Friend Reward: Reward of up to ৳1,500 for a successful referral, wagering 12 times.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
- Before claiming a bonus, read the specific terms of the relevant promotion.
- f9999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
- Bonus offers are valid for a limited time; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
Gaming Rules
All gaming activity on f9999 is conducted in accordance with specific rules. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed within the game itself.
6.1 Sports Betting
- Betting odds are variable and the odds in effect at the time the bet is accepted will apply.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- In multi-bets, if one selection is incorrect the entire bet will be lost.
- Live betting during a match is available; however, live odds change rapidly.
6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Technical Issues
If a gaming session is interrupted due to a technical error or loss of connection, f9999 reserves the right to make the final decision regarding that round. The correct outcome will be determined according to server logs.

Account Management
7.1 Account Inactivity
If no transactions have been made on an account for 12 months or more, f9999 may declare that account inactive. An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts.
7.2 Account Closure
f9999 may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- If any clause of these terms is violated.
- If the account was opened using false information.
- If multiple accounts have been created.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is observed.
- If the user requests that their account be closed.
7.3 Account Closure at User Request
Any user may request closure of their account at any time through support. The opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance will be given before the account is closed, however any pending bonuses will be cancelled.
Responsible Gaming

8.1 Voluntary Limits
